Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread pizza sauce over it.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the sauce.
Add pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning on top of the cheese.
Cover with the second tortilla to make a quesadilla.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or add olive oil.
Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from pan, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
