Add chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice to a food processor.
Sprinkle in cumin, salt, garlic powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add water a tablespoon at a time until your desired consistency is reached.
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
Serve with pita chips, fresh veggies, or crackers.
