Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dried wide rice noodles
  • 3 tablespoons chili crisp
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced, whites and greens separated
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together chili crisp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Stir in scallion whites and garlic.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  4. Divide noodles among bowls, garnish with scallion greens, and serve warm.
