Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup lightly salted almonds
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut, chocolate chips, and almonds.
  3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  5. Bake for 12–14 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
