Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and all seasonings. Toss well to coat.
  3. Arrange the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve warm in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
