Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Add grated Parmesan and toss again to coat.
Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
