In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
Mix in the reduced cider and sour cream. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.
