Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease 8 regular-size muffin cups.
Separate cinnamon rolls and press each into the bottom and up the sides of the muffin cups.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling into each cup.
Bake for 14–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan.
Drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll package before serving.
