Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper over the potatoes. Toss again until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
