Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and place in the baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it evenly on both sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
