In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with banana slices and more caramel sauce before serving.
