Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Spread the biscuit pieces evenly in the prepared dish.
  4. Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the casserole.
