Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss cherry tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Roast on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
Brush baguette slices with 2 tbsp olive oil and toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until golden.
Rub each toasted slice with a garlic clove while still warm.
Top each slice with roasted tomatoes and a generous portion of burrata.
Garnish with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
