In a large bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and green onions until well mixed.
Shape the pork mixture into small meatballs.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a meatball in the center. Gather edges to seal and shape into a smooth ball.
Place each filled dough ball on a square of parchment paper.
Arrange buns in a steamer basket, leaving space between them. Cover and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
