Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over half.
Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
Fold the tortilla in half over the filling.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or nonstick spray.
Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Slice into wedges and serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
