Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls (8 ounces each)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, butter, milk, minced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each triangle up from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
  5. Roll each filled crescent in seasoned breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
