Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll each triangle up from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
Roll each filled crescent in seasoned breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
