Ingredients

  • 1 batch of eggless chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 box of brownie mix, baked and cooled
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or shortening)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cookie dough and roll it into small balls. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Bake the brownies as directed on the box and let them cool completely.
  3. Cut the brownies into pieces large enough to cover the cookie dough balls.
  4. Flatten each brownie piece and wrap it around a cookie dough ball. Roll to seal and smooth out.
  5. Freeze the wrapped balls for another 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each bomb into the melted chocolate to coat and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Refrigerate until set. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
