Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
Fill muffin liners about 3/4 full and bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
