Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of white bread, crusts removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
  3. Layer cucumber slices evenly over half the bread slices, then top with the remaining bread.
  4. Cut sandwiches into quarters or desired shapes. Serve chilled.
