Ingredients

  • 3 cups arugula or mixed greens
  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the arugula or mixed greens onto a serving plate or shallow bowl.
  2. Gently tear the burrata and place pieces on top of the greens.
  3. Add the quartered figs around the plate.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing summer dish.
