Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, pesto, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour the creamy pesto sauce over the hot pasta and stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

You can add cooked chicken or vegetables to make it a more filling meal. Leftovers reheat well.
