Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix strawberries with sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes until juicy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until well blended.
  5. Stir in the macerated strawberries and dark chocolate chunks.
  6. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  8. Scoop and serve as desired.
