Ingredients

  • 2 oz Disaronno (Amaretto liqueur)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice or cocktail cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Disaronno, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice or cocktail cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of simple syrup to balance the sweetness to your taste. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
