Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, cut slits 3/4 of the way through the thawed bread dough at 1-inch intervals.
Place the dough into the greased pan and gently fan the sections outward.
Brush melted butter over the entire surface, making sure it gets into the slits.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle generously over the bread, including in between the slices.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
In another small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth to make a glaze.
Drizzle glaze over the warm bread before serving.
