Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape into small meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
Whisk in the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Toss baked meatballs in the sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
