Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the turkey, noodles, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
