Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Limoncello liqueur
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Limoncello

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and 1/4 cup Limoncello. Beat for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon Limoncello until smooth.
  6. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
