Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend until completely smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and mango puree. Mix until smooth and well combined.
