Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and evenly spread the mixture over the top of each piece.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
