Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large ziplock bag, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Add biscuit pieces and shake until well coated.
  4. Layer coated dough pieces in the bundt pan. Add nuts or raisins if using.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth and bubbly.
  6. Pour the mixture evenly over the biscuit pieces.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and set.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate and serve warm.
