Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 2 sheets nori (seaweed wraps)
  • Leafy greens like spinach or romaine (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Stir in celery and carrots.
  3. Lay a sheet of nori on a clean surface, shiny side down.
  4. Place a handful of greens on the bottom third of the nori, then spoon the tuna mixture over it.
  5. Top with a few avocado slices.
  6. Roll the nori tightly from the bottom, like a sushi roll. Wet the edge to seal.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap and chill until ready to eat.
