Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count)
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place 4 pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Top with half of a mozzarella cheese stick.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with the seasoned butter.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
