Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Place 4 pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle.
Top with half of a mozzarella cheese stick.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the seasoned butter.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
