Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed for less heat
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook chicken in air fryer for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or in the oven for 25–30 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. To make the green sauce, blend cilantro, mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and jalapeño until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve chicken hot with the green sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
