Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped and prepared fruits.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together vanilla yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and poppy seeds until well combined.
  3. Pour the poppy seed dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
