Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  3. Whisk until fully combined and thickened.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
