Ingredients

  • 2 100-gram packs frozen acai puree (unsweetened)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings: granola, fresh berries, banana slices, coconut flakes, chia seeds, etc.

Instructions

  1. Run the acai packs under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw.
  2. In a high-powered blender, combine the acai puree, banana, frozen berries, and milk.
  3. Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add more milk a little at a time to reach desired consistency.
  4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired.
  5. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
