Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, milk, eggs, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan or on a lined baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread the sauce evenly over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
