Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
