Carefully remove the silken tofu from the packaging and place it onto a serving plate.
Gently pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil evenly over the tofu.
Sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
Top with any or all of the sauces: crispy chili oil, peanut sauce, or teriyaki sauce.
Serve immediately as a side dish or light appetizer.
