Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Soda water, to top
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add tequila, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by increasing or reducing the simple syrup.
