Ingredients
1 (5 oz) can of tuna in water, drained
1/2 avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Mixed greens or lettuce (optional, for serving)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mashed avocado, capers, and lemon juice.
Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a bed of greens or enjoy as a filling in wraps or sandwiches.
