Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices corned beef
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. On each triangle, layer a slice of corned beef, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a tablespoon of sauerkraut.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
