Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
On each triangle, layer a slice of corned beef, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a tablespoon of sauerkraut.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
