Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen shelled edamame
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional spices: garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the frozen edamame under warm water and pat dry thoroughly using paper towels.
  3. Place the edamame in a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the edamame out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from oven once golden and crisp, then sprinkle with salt or your favorite seasonings.
  7. Let cool and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
