Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
