Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
