Ingredients

  • 2 pounds raw large shrimp, unpeeled
  • 3 bottles (12 ounces each) of light beer
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Cocktail sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, pour in the beer and squeeze in the lemon halves.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  3. Add Old Bay seasoning and stir.
  4. Carefully add shrimp to the pot.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and curl.
  6. Drain and serve warm or chilled with cocktail sauce.
