Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce to thicken.
Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds, stirring well.
Serve hot over cooked white rice.
