Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in the yellow squash and cook until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add the corn and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
