Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., KahlĂșa)
  • 1 oz espresso, freshly brewed and cooled
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup
  • Crushed sugar cookies, for rimming the glass
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim a martini glass with crushed sugar cookies using a bit of vanilla syrup.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, Irish cream, and vanilla syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon or cocoa powder, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
