Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Add remaining butter and stir until melted. Toss in cooked pasta and parsley.
Serve warm with grated parmesan if desired.
